  • Advertising and measurement: Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel (USA / Ireland), only when the user has provided consent.
  • Email marketing and automation: self-hosted Mautic instance at mk.saladoresort.com (Soltia Consulting SL infrastructure, Spain).
  • Authorized sales partners: Salado Golf & Beach commercial team and associated real estate agencies, exclusively when the user requests commercial information.

Some recipients are located outside the Dominican Republic. In such cases, we apply appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, recognized adequacy frameworks) to ensure an equivalent level of protection.

6. User rights

Users have the right to:

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure when data is no longer necessary for the purpose collected.
